Lower School Creates Academic Explorations

Many of our lower school students are hungry for more intellectual challenges and love to learn and explore. We launched our popular Academic Explorations in the fall of 2021 to give lower school boys a space to pursue their curiosities in specific academic areas.

These activities extend from their academic experience at US and are taught by our faculty after school.
For Junior Kindergarten: Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes
For Grades K-2: Young Readers Story Time, Outdoor Science: Trees & Bugs, STEM Reading Hour, Chemistry/Science Experiments
For Grades 3-5: Math Exploration through Shapes, Creative Writing, Medieval Life, Reading/Writing, Neuroscience & Psychology
