There is no doubt that faculty are the greatest beneficiaries of philanthropic support. Through increased support of the Annual Fund we are able to enhance salaries and better manage the impact health care costs have on the individuals who are teaching, coaching, and mentoring our boys. We are seeking to substantially grow the Annual Fund over the next few years with our sole purpose to do all we can to thank our teachers.

Our recent strategic plan calls for a $2 million infusion into the budget and an investment in facilities to support good teaching. In addition to faculty salaries, US seeks to expand its pool of applicants through enhanced financial aid support, to find ways to create compelling learning spaces, and to expand our students' connections with the outside world. New endowed support and gifts to facilities will enable these programs to be bolstered and sustained in perpetuity.
