Boys Create Dondo Drums
World Music Educator Dr. Craig Woodson visited the 2nd grade and helped them create African Dondo drums, commonly used by storytellers in the Ghana Empire. The boys are finishing their Creations studies where they explored the elements of creation through the lens of Africa, and specifically the lens of dance, music, and art.
