Two Students to Pursue Division I Athletics

Quinn Stephenson will play football at Colgate University. Head football Coach Ben Malbasa described Quinn as a leader, saying, “Quinn anchored an offensive line as starting center that paved the way for two 1,000-yard rushers, and he was an outstanding long snapper for our punt and field goal teams. "More impressively, Quinn's work ethic created a standard that helped players grow in the program as he helped countless younger players become long snappers."

Joseph Schmidt will play soccer at Indiana University. His academic advisor Brian Perry described Joey as mature beyond his years, saying "Joey has been an unbelievably diligent student for his four years at US maintaining a stellar GPA. He has always had a dream of playing for a top Division I soccer program, and that dream came true when Coach Yeagley from the Indiana Hoosiers made him an offer to play for the perennial powerhouse and arguably one of the top Division I soccer programs in the nation.”

Congratulations Quinn and Joey!
