Speed Camp is designed to enhance an athlete’s running technique and ability to run fast! Participating campers will enter their fall sport equipped with drills designed to improve speed, lateral movement, stride, and agility.
Campers will participate in activities, drills, and programs that cultivate their overall athleticism. A swim suit and towel should be brought for swim workouts.LEARN FROM THE COACHES WHO HAVE LED THE US TRACK TEAM TO THE TOP 15 STATE RANKINGS, AND INDIVIDUALS AND RELAY TEAMS TO TOP 5 STATE FINISHES!
