The USPA focus is to build community among US students, families, faculty, staff, and administration.  We welcome and encourage your participation in the range of events and activities the USPA holds throughout the academic year.

  • Prep Shop

    The Prep Shop is the official supplier of adult-size University School apparel and non-apparel items for everyone in the US community.   All proceeds from the Prep Shop go directly to the USPA for the benefit of the boys and the school community.  Purchases can be made using cash, Apple Pay, or credit card.   The Prep Shop will sell its merchandise at special events throughout the year and through www.us.edu/prepshop.

    We invite you to volunteer for time that suits your busy schedule. We have weekday shifts available and shifts during special events such as Sidewalk Sales, Homecoming and the special shop hours.

    The Prep Shop is open for business every Wednesday from 11:15 am – 12:45 pm and the first Friday of every month from 2:30 - 4:00 pm.

  • School Uniform Resale

    The School Uniform Resale sale takes place 2x/year; once in the Fall and again in the spring.  We collect gently used school uniforms throughout the year; blue blazers, pants, shorts, dress shirts and spirit wear.  Donations can be dropped off in the collection boxes at the main entrance and student entrance.  Volunteers are needed to help sort clothing, set-up and run the sales and manage the collections.

  • US Cafe

    Open: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

    Serves: Chicken Sandwiches, Pizza and Calzone

    Drinks, healthy snacks and candy

    Hours: 2:45-3:30

    Cost: Snack cards $20 (house charged or cash accepted)

  • Faculty & Staff Appreciation

    US Faculty & Staff work tirelessly for our boys.  To show our thanks and appreciation, the USPA organizes breakfasts, holiday cookie boxes, dinners, and an end-of-the-year luncheon.  

    Volunteers are needed at special times throughout the year to help facilitate the class-sponsored breakfasts, organize set-up and tear-down of events and assist the co-chairs.
