Part-time Administrative Staff, Summer Programs - Shaker Campus
University School is seeking a part-time administrative staff team member to work directly with the Director of Summer Programs and the Business Office as the registrar for summer programs.
Responsibilities include: updating the registration software (Camp Brain), responding to voicemails and emails within 24 hours, assisting families with registration changes, coordinating camp-related activities with the Business Office, updating the camp website, composing and sending out letters, coordinate all camp forms (medical, profiles, etc.), invoices and reporting. Additional Business Office bookkeeping duties may be assigned.
The ideal candidate should have excellent database and word processing skills, be organized and have excellent communication skills. The position averages 10 hours per week through the end of the camp programs. Timing will depend on the time of year and tasks that need to be completed for a successful summer camp program.
