STEAM Week

The seventh graders had an exciting week of design challenges and field trips for STEAM week! In the wood shop the students made planters and in the STEAMworks maker space they built furniture for the kindergarteners in the “Cardboard Challenge.” In addition to other design challenges, the students ventured to the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry & Labor, the Institute of American Art, and had a tour of the AlphaMicron factory in Kent.
