Available space in the school is limited. We recommend that interested families call as early as possible in the preceding academic year to begin the admission process. If this is your first contact with University School, please complete the online inquiry form.

 
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION: 
To begin the online application process, create an account by visiting www.us.edu/apply. Parents can review and update the application as many times as they wish before submitting it to us. 
  • Student Questionnaire:
    The student applicant should complete this form after the school visit. Click HERE to complete and submit the questionnaire.
  • Evaluation forms:
    Evaluation forms are an integral part of the admission process. During the application process, you can easily add teacher contact information which will allow teachers to directly submit the necessary information.
  • School and Transcript Request Form:
    Please fill out the "Authorization for Release of Records" portion of the "School Report Form" and submit it to your son’s school. His school will complete the form and mail it directly to University School. 
  • Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE):

Financial aid awards at University School are based on need. Apply online at sss.nais.org/parents
