2022 Schafer Lecture - Dr. Jeffrey Spahn

Dr. Jeffery Spahn has over two decades of working with leadership teams across the country, Dr. Spahn’s recently-released book, We the Leader, represents the culmination of his research begun while earning his doctorate from the University of Chicago.

In We the Leader, Dr. Spahn explores the shifting leadership needs of groups and organizations and highlights the need for leaders to recognize three powerful potentials: Everyone is a leader; everyone is a follower; and everyone is a leader-follower.  Beginning with these potentials, Jeff describes how even already-strong organizations become even more effective by shifting their concept of leadership.
