2021 Upper School Faculty Awards

Congratulations to the upper school faculty and staff who received awards at Honors Day Assembly!

Dr. Scott Boehnen, upper school English teacher and college counselor, received the Seelbach Faculty Fellowship, given to a teacher on each campus who is generous of spirit, encouraging of all learners, and immersed in school life. Dr. Boehnen has taught at US since 2012.

Mr. Dru McKeown, upper school manual arts and design teacher and robotics coach, received the Upper School Ingersoll Award, given to a teacher on each campus who demonstrates a level of excellence in the early years of his or her career at US. Mr. McKeown has taught at US since 2018.

Mr. John Kaczynski, a Facilities staff member since 2010, received the Cawas "Carl" Kapadia Service Staff Award for his loyal and tireless dedication to University School.
