Faculty Development Standardized Jr.K–12

After assessing faculty development across the school, we extended one model to the teachers in all three divisions in the 2020-21 academic year. The model encourages faculty members to reflect on their work, process feedback from others, and set professional goals as they look ahead in their teaching careers.
