US honored as Top Workplace
University School has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer for the tenth time since 2013. Additionally, US has been recognized in the "Most Improved" category.
"Meaningful work is about both making a difference and being part of something larger than ourselves," notes Head of School Mr. Gallagher, "The faculty and staff make US the fulfilling place to work that it is. I am proud of this recognition and even more excited about the validation of our work with the students of US."

This award celebrates organizations that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture. The award is based on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by the employees of participating workplaces.
