Class of 2024 College Choices

Congratulations to the 96 members of the Class of 2024! As these accomplishments and college destinations attest, you have much to be proud of. The communities they will be parts of in the future will be fortunate for them, just as US has been in their time with us.

Highlights of the Class of 2024:
  • The 96 members of the Class of 2024 will attend 64 different colleges and universities across the United States. One graduate will play USA Junior Hockey, another will enter a combined undergraduate/graduate dental school program, and one will pursue a gap year abroad to engage in intensive language study. 

  • 41% of the class will attend the “most selective” schools in the country, and 68% will attend a “top 75” college or university (as identified by U.S. News and World Report).

  • 14% of the class has committed to collegiate athletes at Division I and Division III schools in basketball, football, lacrosse, sailing, soccer, squash, swimming, and track and field. 

  • The Class of 2024 will pursue a wide range of majors. Some of the most chosen fields of intended study include biology, business, computer science, economics, engineering, and political science. 

  • The class includes: 2 Presidential Scholar Candidates; 2 Melvin Scholars; and 1 National Merit Scholar, 4 National Merit Finalists, and 17 National Merit Commended Students.

University School serves over 850 boys in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 on two campuses in suburban Cleveland, Ohio.
