Musicians Shine at Upper School Concerts

Under the direction of Mr. Steve ’13 and Mr. Dyet, our Upper School Winter Concert “Seeking Love and Light” brought together the Chamber Players, A Cappella, Glee Club, and Orchestra for a joyful evening of music, capped by a spirited community sing-along!

The US Jazz Ensemble gave its annual Jingle Jam performance. The music included pieces by Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, and Jon Batiste in a new setting this year. The dining hall was transformed into a jazz club for the evening with special lighting and tables arranged as in a jazz club, the perfect ambience for a cozy winter evening. The Jazz Ensemble will perform at the Bop Stop on May 7, to finish their first year under the direction of Mr. Dyet.
