Fish, flowers, and fun were flying high at the Upper School production of BIG FISH!
Traveling salesman Edward Bloom has tales as tall as giants, has met an actual giant, a witch, a mermaid, all kinds of circus performers, and bunches of regular folks, too. He can stomp fish out of the sea and was conveyed by cannon across states to follow the love of his life and future wife, Sandra, and he is an adoring father.
Edward’s son, the pragmatic Will, is about to become a father himself and sets out to uncover the truth behind his father's tales. BIG FISH is a fantastical story about family, fatherhood, the power of a great story, and how a zest for life can change the world. Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed Tim Burton film, this production brought big humor and heart to the US stage.
