ENSPIRE CONFERENCE 2017 - Teaching in the 21st Century
This year's ENSPIRE Conference focused on all educators by offering tools to use in the classroom and beyond. From Stanford University, Tina Seeling, author of Insight Out, and Richard Cox, Performance Coach and Lecturer, spoke about creativity and design in the classroom. John Carroll University Boler School of Business Professor Scott Allen kicked off a year-long leadership training program. The final keynote speaker, Charles Best, Founder and CEO of DonorsChoose.org, addressed valuable and creative ways to fund classroom supplies and activities. To close the conference, educators presented at Round Table Discussions on best practices in entrepreneurial education and parent engagement. All teachers received $100 gift cards to use towards classroom projects.
